Jefferson Beuregard Sessions, et al: David was co-counsel in federal District Court action challenging the constitutionality of the Schedule I status of cannabis under the federal Controlled Substances Act (CSA) as irrationally based. [Case was dismissed on Pre-Answer Motion]
