Jason Johnson v. Dale Artus: David obtained a Writ of Habeas Corpus from U.S. District Court for successfully demonstrating that the state Prosecutor engaged a pattern of racial discrimination by striking jurors of color from the jury.
[The decision was overturned after oral argument by the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit].
