Cable News Network, Inc.: Dave filed a successful motion to dismiss on jurisdictional grounds purported defamation claims stemming from statements made by Lev Parnas about activities and conversations he engaged in regarding efforts in the Ukraine to dig up dirt of Presidential Candidate Biden for the benefit of the Trump campaign.
