United States Tennis Association, et al:  David was co-counsel on federal civil rights action brought against USTA on behalf of the highest badge level African American chair Umpire, alleging employment discrimination and retaliation on the basis of race, in violation of Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 1981, the New York State Human Rights Law § 290, et seq., and the New York City Human Rights Law, N.Y.C. Admin. Code § 8-1010, et seq.
